Introduction to the Draconian Path (Part 18)

Week 3

The evocation of Klepoth: Scrying’s Work

The art of evocation is one of the most complex techniques to learn and it usually frustrates candidates for initiation, however, constant practice makes the skills expand and one achieves the objective. However, it must first be understood that there are levels or degrees of evocation, the visible evocation being the most complex to achieve, and requires other types of rituals and other preparations.

However, for this training that we have been doing, we will take as a basis a technique known as Scrying, this technique is based on «seeing» in the astral plane through some reflective element, it can be through a mirror, water, fire, etc. Mirrors are portals to the Other Side and that is what we will take advantage of for this.

For the following exercises, we can use a black mirror: you can buy one in a store specializing in esoteric objects or you can build one and dedicate it to magical work. If you decide to assemble it yourself, the process is very simple, you will need a glass and black paint, paint one side of it, at least three layers, let it dry well, and have a black mirror in 5 minutes. You can add a frame to it and adorn it with symbols, sigils, names of power, etc.

The other option that works very well, although it is a bit more complex, is to use a common mirror, only that this only has to be used for magical purposes, it cannot be used for anything other than for this. The only thing you have to take into account when using this is to place it in such a way that it does not reflect any object inside, that is, you will have to tilt it in such a way that it allows you to see into it but without reflecting anything in the room, this is important for the exercise to take effect.

This practice is energetically demanding and requires time to master it. Some people have a natural ability for this and others will have to work it more, but the most important thing is not to be disappointed if at first there are no results, you have to keep trying and with the time this will become second nature. The idea is that one can see images in the mirror, but it can happen that at first, the images appear inside our mind, which is also fine.

It is necessary to dedicate at least a week to this without interruptions. You will need a darkened room, only lit by two candles, it can be two red candles, two black or one black and one red that you will place on each side of the mirror. You will also need to have Klepoth’s sigil on hand. Accompany the ceremony with some incense that is to your liking. Before starting the process itself, remember to perform the ritual Opening of the Temple, the Kundalini Meditation, and the Dragon Ceremony. In the end, observe the sigil for a while, and begin to recite the name of the spirit as a mantra. Light the candles and incense and say:

«Zazas Zazas Nasatanada Zazas»  (11 times)

In Nomine Draconis!

Let the ritual begin!

Klepoth, master of mysteries and wonders, come tonight and show yourself in this portal.

Teach me what to see and guide me in the astral worlds.

I (magical name) call you to ask for your advice and to request your teachings.

It is my desire and my Will to open my Dark Senses and Learn the Vision of the Night.

Klepoth, be my guide, speak to me and show yourself so that I can understand your Gnosis.

In the Name of the Dragon, Primal Source of All Creation.

Ho Ophis Ho Archaios!

Ho Drakon Ho Megas!

After these words, look at the mirror, you do not need to strain or tire your eyes, just do it in a relaxed way. You can use the name of the spirit as a mantra. Let the experience flow naturally.

Do not forget to write down any experience, vision, sensation, or thought, this will serve you in the future.

Whenever you want or feel like you want to end the practice, thank the spirit for its assistance and close the ritual.

Thank you for reading.
